  • you should receive immediately 2 emails
    • one from PSI confirming your purchase
    • one from PayPal confirming your payment
  • If you don’t see them, please check your Spam AND Deleted folders. If you receive neither, please use a contact form to tell us.
  • your items will be shipped within the next 10 days, unless any of them are marked “EXPECTED”, in which case we will wait until the expected items arrive. Please then allow a few more days for delivery, but then contact us if they have not arrived
• a payment towards a conference or some other item
